So this is a normal subway in a loves travel center, but the experience I just had with the customer service was amazing. First, Connie is super sweet. All I wanted was a sub. She then she "upsold" me into a combo because it was cheaper than just the sandwich, I'm guessing it was some deal. Now Connie may not be the fastest at making sandwiches but here's the thing, she made this sandwich with love. Everything perfect. This place needs to at least try to adhere to they’re hours of operation. They’re supposed to be open until nine tonight and they’re already closed. I see people back there working behind the counter that happens all the time at this location management really needs to get their stuff together.
