They need to train the staff here. When I ordered they saw me, and one of the girls continued to go on their phone & had me waiting. Another one of them had an AirPod in, which is absolutely shocking, you should not be working customer service face to face with people and normalising this behaviour. Absolutely terrible. Served me a footlong bread roll straight from the freezer as stone cold. When I rsng to complain the girl who prepared said it is because it is a cold day outside. Avoid at all costs.
Worker was very rude on the phone refusing to service me at 9am she said she won’t be opening Intil later l said to her you open at 9am we been here previous mornings and staff are more then happy to service at 9am
