I visited this Subway recently and was quite disappointed with the service. The middle-aged male staff member was impatient and seemed unfamiliar with the current promotion. He didn’t mention that a QR code was required to apply the discount, so we almost paid full price. When we were trying to find the promo code in the app, he kept rushing us, even though the store was empty at the time. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unhelpful. 10/10 experience here , came in at around 8:30 last night and the staff member was super helpful and friendly ! Went out of her way to help , nourishing us at a time of need . Very grateful someone give the staff here a raise !

I visited this Subway recently, ordered food, and was eating it inside. I also had a small pack of McDonald’s fries with me. The owner’s reaction to this was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I understand if there’s a policy about outside food, but it could have been communicated politely and respectfully. As a paying customer, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service matters, and this experience has definitely made me think twice before returning.
