The staff here are really nice and always smiling. The service is great every time, and they make the sub properly and with care. I always have a good experience at this Subway

I visited this Subway recently and was quite disappointed with the service. The middle-aged male staff member was impatient and seemed unfamiliar with the current promotion. He didn’t mention that a QR code was required to apply the discount, so we almost paid full price. When we were trying to find the promo code in the app, he kept rushing us, even though the store was empty at the time. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unhelpful. 10/10 experience here , came in at around 8:30 last night and the staff member was super helpful and friendly ! Went out of her way to help , nourishing us at a time of need . Very grateful someone give the staff here a raise !
