Worst subway in Aus. Had no other customers yet I waited 15 minutes to get served after watching the 2 girls walk away after I came in. The girl that finally served me was having a conversation through her head phones whilst taking my order, so she didn’t get it even close to right.. was also under toasted and soggy. 0 customer service skills, 0 efficiency and definitely a 0 for food quality.
Five star! What a Team! Since changing management the quality has been A1 and the Team have been accommodating and super friendly! Rarely will I stray to another local Subway. Thanks Subway Tweed Mall!
The new owners need to learn some people skills
Outstanding Service & Great Quality Food We chose to engage Subway Tweed Mall to cater for our event recently, purely based on the fabulous service received from Manroop. There are many Subway stores in our area however, Manroop and the Team at Subway Tweed Mall go above and beyond in delivering a great service and quality product. Our guests were extremely pleased with the catered subs as were we! Thank you again Manroop, our event went so well thanks to you!
