Store atmosphere is very bad looks like they don’t have proper guidance by the manager or owner. Staff speak in language other than English in front of customers that looks very disrespectful and rude. I ordered Subway on Uber Eats, opened the sandwich, took 2 bites and then a little cockaroach crawled out of the paper wrapping. Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t trust the food safety at this Subway.
The staff were SO rude! Girl stopped to FaceTime a boy and message on snapchat instead of taking orders and didn’t wear gloves or wash her hands. The staff have always been so rude there and give such a bad experience!
overcharged me even after going for months and charged me extra even with evidence of what I have been paying. Rude with no explanation. I work across the road and would go often but will not go again. Normally find the food great but with that experience I will not go again
