I placed an order through the Subway app for the Trousdale Lane location in Nashville, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The app itself is nearly unusable — it took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order because of constant glitches and errors. When I finally succeeded, I paid extra for double meat. Acting closed no one greeted us even looked in the back and didn’t see anyone. Wonderful might as well just close this location

The workers choose when they want to close. When we went around 1:00 PM they said they were “closing up”.
