I normally avoid this Subway branch due to previous bad experiences with their customer service and quality of food however i figured i’d give it a shot and try ordering from this branch again…. it’s safe to say, they have not improved since the last time… i was greeted with an attitude and the 2 girls working spoke to each other in a different language and laughed whilst i was confirming my order with them… for some reason... One of the best Subways in Melbourne. The ladies made their sandwiches well and not scrimp on servings (unlike the branch in Caroline Springs which was horrendous in their servings). They also serve with a smile. If not being in a petrol station, I would have given them 5-stars in “atmosphere”.

Shitty customer service with shitty attitude, not very clean. Would not recommend this store
i got foot delivered to my house and orders a 600ml drink of vanila coke, instead of receiving that i got a 300ml drink, half of what i payed for. i tried calling the store to discuss this mistake and got no answer. extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering form here again
