I ordered cookies through DoorDash, my driver contacted me letting me know the cookies they gave her were broken and that they refused to replace them. I called and asked why, their response was “the cookies are soft” I’ve ordered subway cookies before and never received them in pieces, why someone would serve them besides pure greed is beyond me. They don’t even taste good.
The employee obviously has no customer service skills! I placed my order, he prepared the food, I paid and he left me standing there and went to the next customer he didn't say thank you didn't offer me a receipt and when I ask he points to his register for me to tear it off myself the store was not as clean as it should have been!!! I will not be back!!!
Didn't eat here. Man working did not honor app deals and acted like he did not know what was going on. Politely left and went to a subway honoring deals advertised.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to speak on this. I walked into the store after a long day of work. I was the only customer there. I greeted the employee first — not the other way around — and was met with a blank stare. I gave him my order and specifically said I didn’t want it toasted.
