worst experience i had coming here. i asked for italian herb bread. she did not give me that she proceeded to have an attitude the entire time and refuse to make another sandwich and an icy for my spouse. she said the machine wasn’t working when it clearly was. it was around 6:30pm today. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
The food is great, don’t get me wrong but the heavy set guy with the beard always seems to have an attitude like he hates his job. He’s very dismissive and kind of rude. He just gives you a blank stare as he makes your sandwich, i’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same. I understand working and making sandwiches for customers all day long can be tiring and agitating, but don’t bring that to work with you every single day.
Terrible Subway , worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one answers phones. The food was cold under portioned and when asking for more sauce it was has if the employee was to not be bothered. Also found a hair in my sub (I bought two ate one at the store and took one home ) if no-one answers maybe I should call the health department.
