Customer service is lacking and they nickel and dime for everything! Ordered a chicken sandwich on their menu and was charged almost $4 per sandwich for chicken strips—not an extra amount just what comes with sandwich. When I asked specifics the response was ‘It’s policy. I don’t make rules I just follow them.’ Will not be giving them my business.
Just left this location. And I have never been more dumbfounded at someone’s inability to make a sandwich. Did not heat my sandwich properly then when I should be asked for vegetables, was prompted for sauce. All I wanted was vinegar and oil, which she immediately put on the bread. You don’t put vinegar and oil on the bread, you put it on the vegetables. My sandwich was not made right, and is not good. I'd rate the food, but so far the app has not worked once for me and I've tried 4 separate days. Very disappointing location.
