I had placed an online order. Went there to collect my order and the customer service was unsatisfactory. The sub was not toasted and not wrapped properly. $17 for this is just ridiculous. This has happened with me before, yet I thought I would give these guys another go. Safe to say, I would rethink before ordering at this store.
I went there to get a turkey 🇹🇷 on rye 🍞 with my daughter. My daughter is severely autistic, and asked the manager for a high five. The manager looked her dead in the eye and said no, even after I pleaded her to take just five seconds to make my daughter's day. This lead to a chain reaction that resulted in my daughter getting caught up in cahoots with the Yakuza, after which she moved countries, changed her name, and the government forbade me from ever seeing her again. If you ever plan to order online ALWAYS check your sandwich after because you can expect to almost never get your order made right. I've been going to this subway for a couple months now and these last few months without exaggeration almost 90% of the time the subway order was made wrong when ordering online. The food is honestly nice but it is a shame for the experience to be ruined every time by the need to get the sandwich fixed.
They skimp out like there's no tomorrow, genuinely got 2 parallel strands of mozzarella running along my sub. I did get one super nice lady that gave me a mountain of olives when i asked though that was awesome, so she singlehandedly took it to 2 stars. Also the phyzz smell is awful but not really their fault.
