Most of the staff are nice enough but management is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a standard footlong order outside of peak times. By the time my order was out the sandwich was cold, because more lettuce and tomato had to be prepared. After kindly asking to speak the to manager about the situation (believe his name is Alec) he wouldn’t even come out to speak to the customers nor help his team get through some orders. Toddler could make a better sandwich faster then their team of 10.
I would be a compliment to say the workers have never worked at a subway before. From the way my food was made it was as if they'd never done any physical labour in their life. Not to mention they didn't have half of what I asked for available.
