Very bad service from a lady, she treated me and my son very badly.
Worst subway i everrrrr been too. I order an BMT sandwich, which was made for a toddler by the way the rep skimmed me on veggies. Then I asked to buy a cup of ice. The lady said she didn't have a cup for ice... meanwhile im standing at counter looking at 50 different size cups. I said why I just can't buy a cup that you have here?... she couldn't tell me why at all. All she said was "no". It's freaking 100 degrees index and I can't even buy ice is insane? Arrived at 8:35pm and saw an employee walk up and lock the door and give me a signal that they wee closed, although Subway website and Google say they're open until 9. Update May 2025: I decided to try to give this location another chance a year later thinking maybe things had improved, got there well before they were supposed to close and the lady said I could only do pickup, otherwise they were closed because they ran out of a lot of things. I will never order a sandwich from this store ever again. The nose piercing lady at the counter has a bad attitude. She was so rude and nasty to me. She lacks customer service skills. I ordered my sandwich at 3:05pm. I went in and it wasn't ready. I didn't receive my sandwich until 3:30pm. Please review the cameras. I remained calm with her during the interaction. She needs to be terminated. I ordered subway club the other day and roast beef was also missing from my sandwich.
OK RECOMMEND do not order online. On 01-25-25. I received a sandwich that was so burnt I just used my bread at home( i requested for it to NOT be toasted). I thought well maybe it was a new person then on 03-18-25 I ordered again online arrived a little early which ok it was only 1 worker so I was patient. She asked me did I want salami on my Subway Club? No, I said. Hands me my sandwiches and says oh yeah we was out of lettuce????? Are you kidding me right now.
