I had a very frustrating experience at this Subway. The employee cut the bread much smaller than a normal six-inch sandwich and was difficult when I questioned the size and pricing. When I calmly complained, she became frustrated and refused to finish making my sandwich. The situation could have been handled much more professionally. I left without receiving my order and was very disappointed with the customer service.
absolutely no restrooms. and last time i went, they let me use the restroom. why would it be different now. idc how bad the area is. i pick this stop to buy a sandwich and use the restroom cause it was convenient enough. its extremely uncomfortable how someone wont let a customer use theor restrooms. when does it ever matter to keep people out. they refuse to serve, im sure i will always warn people how subways are always a pain even with their coupons
Zero stars if I could. WORST subway I’ve ever been to. I got two 6 inches, one with double meat because she put like two slices . I asked her to put mustard on mine and she proceeds to douse it Honey Mustard. I said “was that honey mustard? I just wanted regular” she looked at me like I had three eyes. She then scrapes my toppings off in the trash to get the mustard off and scrapes the knife against the trash can to get the mustard off of it. Took 20 minutes just to get my order taken. Wasted my entire lunch break.. do not recommend. Also didn’t receive an apology or anything.
I actually watched the manager explain to a new person how to fill the sandwich with as little as possible and lecture him for adding too much. It's not the fault of any individual worker this place sucks it's by design. Go to the one on Bell Road instead. They are friendlier and have better care for the food.
