The low reviews had me worried, but looking at and trying the food it was fresh and good, maybe because it's a busy lunch time. But it lived up to the subway name...
Waited 15 minutes after ordering online and the food still wasn’t ready. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to stand around and wait? Terrible service.
Went there with my family and I think so there were 4 female staff members working on that shift. In a very rush to finish my sub (it was not extremely busy) and when I asked for a tostie together with 2 12inch subs, girl wearing a hijab said they can’t. When I asked why not she said the owner said breads not to be used for Tosties. If not then stop advertising it and remove it from your menu. Customer service was poor.
So busy but the staff is so kind!
Staff behaviour on shift was so rude and told me that DO NOT COME NEXT TIME. She through subway to me l. Very rude behaviour. She was on shift 5:10PM without name tag she also mentioned that disgusting. I will never come here.
