Worst place ever visited in the area. Went a lot of restaurants and even worked in almost same industry of hospitality but the worst customer service ever seen. On 17/9/25, I went to order and both indian girls at the reception made my experience worst.Talking and Smiling without any sense, show their ridiculous manners to a customer who may have came with a very good mood. Timr around 9:07 pm on 13/09/2025 I always get 2 seperate wraps but footlong the indian guy said he cant do it but i always do in other way he was too lazy to do that as he was just playing on phones...very rude kick him off from the job
Today, my boyfriend and I went to the Subway in Footscray. The guy working there made us wait for 10 minutes until the floor dried because he had just mopped. I don’t mind waiting, but the problem is that he did it at a busy time and made us wait for so long. The young man looked at us while counting some coins from the register. He simply didn’t want to serve us and made us wait outside the place. Terrible experience.
