⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing customer service at this Subway in Richmond. The staff member preparing my order was quite rude and did not seem interested in listening to my customisations. My requests were not properly acknowledged, and the interaction felt very rushed and unfriendly. Chicken was super dry. Please avoid this place
Tried getting a 6 inch subway with chicken breast and bacon They added shredded chicken even though I never asked even though the lady very much assumed that I did and said that she walked past me with the shredded chicken twice They started being quite rude to me So I left Get those rude ladies fired, please 🙏
