Okay I have ordered with uber for the past 2 days and I just want to say a special thanks to a worker named Kayla. Whatever y'all are paying her, its not enough!!!! She is so nice and so accommodating!!!! Live laugh love Kayla 🫶🫶
The level of cleanliness was well below what I would consider acceptable, and it was clear that proper standards are not being maintained. Equally concerning was the lack of staff training, which was evident throughout the entire interaction. The customer service was disorganised, unprofessional, and left a lot to be desired. Simple requests were not handled confidently, and there seemed to be very little understanding of basic service expectations.
I went in today and there was a line 5 deep and growing. I noticed there was only 1 girl working. This was around 2:30pm. I waited over 20 minutes to get to the front. In the meantime another employee came back from her break, however she had to fulfill a very large UBER eats order so the original girl had to keep taking care of the instore customers on her own.
