Poor service dont do what customers want
I visited the subway today, The service was so rude and not welcoming, It was like she’s serving us free food Too much attitude
Worst Subway experience ever! Why even allow customers to select more than three sauces on apps like Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Subway’s own app if your in-store staff refuse to add them? I went to the store during my break and politely asked for four sauces, but the lady at the counter straightforwardly refused and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Such a waste of my time and such poor customer service. Definitely not the standard I expect from Subway.
I have ordered online for pick up, when I reached there the girl couldn't see my order. Then she was about to give me wrong item, which was in a box like pizza box, when I told that is not what I have ordered, she then gave chicken salad, which is again not my one as I have ordered chicken teriyaki. She then started preparing my order and was asking what bread etc:-, which she surely see on my order details. Finally got the order and came back to office.
