I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff’s attitude was not professional, especially one female staff member with dark hair and eyebrows. We ordered our sandwich based on the standard menu, but in the end, we were charged extra for cheese without being asked. We never requested extra cheese, and no one even checked with us before adding it. Today at Subway DFO Perth at around 3:30 in the afternoon, I was served by by 2 ladies who seemed to be bored and depleted to work, gloomy energy, no smiles, ..we ordered 3 sandwiches they were made very badly in addition to very noticeable small portions of ordered meat ..while I have accepted my bad luck my daughter didn't and took hers back and insisted on a refund but not without the stuff being difficult with no respect to customer opinion or right. Staff are friendly and helpful!
I ordered three footlongs for my family, and the experience was really disappointing. I usually get four sauces on my sub, but I was told I could only have three this time, which felt unnecessarily. What made it worse was the staff’s attitude they were quite rude and even rolled their eyes at me. Customer service like that really puts you off coming back. Definitely not a great experience.
Customer service needs to be improved. Hardly understand English. Food quality not good.
