Paid for 2 sandwhiches on the app. Did not receive either one. Ordered at 8:40. Put my pickup time for 9:30 because online it says closes at 10. Went and the sign said open but the worker looked at me outside and hid in the back. Called for a refund and no one thinks to call a customer back. So yeah they stole my money lol. Still waiting for my refund.

On 8/9/25 at approximately 19:45, I, along with two other individuals (not associated with me), stood in line to place an order. No staff member came to the counter to take orders. We called out several times to get someone’s attention, but received no response.
Employees need a serious review of food safety. Witnessed multiple health code violations such as 1) register attendant not washing hands before gloving up, 2) employee coughing into air instead of elbow (with spit!), whom chose to not wash hands and most concerning 3) an employee changing trash then grabbing cookies without washing hands.
