On 8/9/25 at approximately 19:45, I, along with two other individuals (not associated with me), stood in line to place an order. No staff member came to the counter to take orders. We called out several times to get someone’s attention, but received no response.
Employees need a serious review of food safety. Witnessed multiple health code violations such as 1) register attendant not washing hands before gloving up, 2) employee coughing into air instead of elbow (with spit!), whom chose to not wash hands and most concerning 3) an employee changing trash then grabbing cookies without washing hands. Very slow service, and they had almost NO vegetables to offer, when asked they said they just don’t have any; what subway doesn’t have vegetables? That’s 80% of the food you serve! Will not return to this subway again, to top it all off there was a woman with a dog sitting near where the food is made
