I was really disappointed with my purchase today. I found an actual piece of onion hidden inside the cookies, which was both shocking and very unhygienic. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and quality control of the food preparation process. Definitely not acceptable. I hope the store can look into this matter carefully to ensure better food preparation in the future.
The staff at subway parramatta level 5 charged me the price of footlong with avocado when I said no to Avocado. I asked her why the price is more than what it is showing on the subway app and she replied saying this is the price in the system. I feel cheated as they are charging for things Im not taking. Your staff needs to be trained how to do the correct transactions and not cheat customers.

disappointed, i usually love subway, never had any problems but this time i was halfway through ordering and they proceed to tell me the toaster doesn’t work when they’ve already assembled half the sandwich. and of course you feel pressured to keep ordering so i do and completely regret it. it can’t be that hard to inform your customer of a broken machine which is very important, especially because i ordered a pizza MELT, how can you melt it if the ovens broken. not hard to just tell me. and the sandwich was bad
The worst sub the manager on site Chinese lady she is so rude font know how to make subway sandwich and when you just ask something to add she shouts on you..
