I ordered from this restaurant for a Menulog delivery. I genuinely don’t want to give a bad review in the event the people working actually did make my sandwich, but someone fumbled hard because the courier had the nerve to tell me they delivered my food when it never made it to my doorstep. (Not even a single photograph) I tried to make a complaint but no refund was issued. That sandwich is in someone else’s front doorstep or it’s growing mold somewhere. Spent $30 on absolutely nothing. Never buy from this Subway again.
This five stars is specifically for Roy who works at the Parramatta subway. As I was standing in line, I watched him serve 2 customers by himself before me, while the other two or three workers just stood in the back talking? Service was perfect, he was really friendly and my food taste great. Thank you so much Roy
a woman working there was SO unkind. i couldn't hear what she was saying and I ask her to repeat herself and she started yelling at me. and when she was preparing the food she was clearly saying stuff 'under her breath'
jock no good service when we choose only few saldas even we have more choice instead of more choices we choose only 2 salads i ask him to fill ssame saldas he didn’t fill it i request many time he didn’t fill i don’t like his service
