Dark and dingy been here twice with bad service both times Manager (im assuming) (middle aged brown male) is straight up disrespectful and completely ignores any words that arent part of the order e.g. thank you goodbye etc Hair found in food both times Go to the other 3 subways in parra
Won’t let me redeem my free cookies and poor customer service
Poor Customer Service experienced in person at Subway Parramatta, level 1 on 24/7/26. The 2 girls staff working there don't pay attention to customers when they come to order but they keep talking among themselves. No greeting, no smile, just rude customer service. The veggies are not fresh, the workstation looks unhygienic with no cleaning or sanitization. An experienced manager and staff needs to be appointed there to look after this Subway restaurant and improve the customer experience.
