Absolutely disgusting “customer service”. The two working there talked the whole time, were rude, and did not let me customise my order. I decided to leave it and go elsewhere and even that felt like a crime.
Very disappointed that subway serves vegies that are not fresh, they are off and the tuna was just a leftover and smelly and off. Because their lettuce and carrots and other vegies are not fresh I asked for spinach and they put only about 6 and I said to add some more and the lady said they were instructed to only put 7 pcs same with the other vegies. And we had diarrhea. Don’t ever buy anything from subway
Really disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff member serving me was extremely rude and unfriendly, acting as if taking my order was a burden. She barely added any mozzarella or salad — literally just one or two tiny pieces of each topping. For $9.30 for a 6-inch sandwich, the portion and service were unacceptable. Completely ruined my lunch. Customer service like this has no place in a busy Westfield food court.
I have ordered a veggie patty footlong just about 15 mints ago and what I got is just a half piece of a footlong I paid for priority delievery and this is what I got . Really bad experience and bad service and I am calling to the shop no ones answering it . Overall really bad experience
