Best customer service ever
Clearly, the management has changed recently. Another subway seems to be heading down the drain. This used to be one of the best run subways (and hygienic), sadly, not anymore. Felt sorry for the young boy (the only staff working) patiently trying to serve a long queue of waiting customers during a peak hour, when the new owner is probably trying to have more money in his/her pocket by saving the cost of a second staff member (there were always two staff before).
