Came in with a family of four. Ordered like I normally do and then went to use my coupon... they no longer accept coupons. I'm sorry but subway is not worth $50 or more. It was so awkward standing there with hungry kids in front of everyone. I had to go online to order so they'd accept the coupon. To me that is ridiculous and they should probably tell people this ahead of time or post it on the door.

Tried to order a sandwich using a coupon, was told they don't accept coupons. (Stop sending them to me if you don't accept them) Then I was told in store to use the app to use the coupon, the app did not work, and was told by someone that the coupon would not work on their app. Poor experience, bad service. STOP SENDING ME COUPONS IN THE MAIL IF YOU DONT ACCEPT THEM.

I normally don't complain however I ordered 2 hours ahead of time and it took money off my card. I also called ahead and asked about it. They never called to say it never went through yet my card said it took money off. Aftwards I thought maybe my card was bad so I used another. It wouldn't go through. The app takes years to load. Not bad employees but a horrible app. After the entire mess I asked if I could use their sale that was on the app in person and they couldn't. So I wound up spending double what i would have
