This place went corporate and now it sucks. I order online for pickup and I get there only to find the place closed and I can't dispute the charges until after 3 days.
I went in to get dinner for me and my family and the one associate Katelyn seemed very overwhelmed by her job, but was not happy with anything and made me feel like my order was stupid and didn’t explain things very well either. I understand being overwhelmed, but She could’ve been a bit nicer.
Abby is AMAZING! Such a warm and beautiful soul, in addition to being extremely friendly and professionally knowledgeable! She even told me the flavor bursting purpose behind oil and vinegar! She was holding down the store by herself and it was clean, restocked, and welcoming. What an amazing manager, and if she is not the manager yet, please know I hope that a promotion is in her near future. What a gem this business and the world has with Abby :)
