Guy behind the counter was more interest in the phonecall he was on than actually serving. Charged $22 for a pizza sub then wandered off and served the next person when I tried to call him on it.
The customer service was rude and didn't listen to instructions properly even when asked and instructed the boy put the wrong cheese on my roll didn't bag it properly with the cookies and didn't separate them as I was buying my daughter's lunch too. The sales assistant don't look happy that people are in the store. They don't put the effort into the orders. The workers will speak in there own language about there customers. Very poor service from the staff. I asked the worker at the front what the wifi was (because there is a sign at the front saying there is wifi). The staff seemed offended that I even asked the question and said that they didn't have wifi. Not sure what the sign at the front was for then. Store was also not clean and there was trash on the floor
Unfortunately my visit to Subway Huntingdale wasn’t great. The service was pretty poor — the staff member at the counter showed very little interest, and the sub itself tasted pretty average. On top of that, there were bags of rubbish sitting in a trolley in the dining area, which didn’t give a great impression of cleanliness. I can’t say for certain that it was connected, but I did end up feeling unwell later on, which didn’t help the experience. Overall, not somewhere I’ll be returning to.
