the woman who served me just now was clearly very new and struggling which doesn't bother me at all! however the woman supervising her corrected her in a manner which felt harsh and uncalled for (but maybe my reading of the tone was off). my number one complaint, however, is that when too much cheese was put on my sandwich the supervisor had her take it off and throw it in the bin. this is such unnecessary food waste. you would rather waste food than give a customer an extra slice? Poorly packed Wrong Order !
Very disappointed with my visit last night. I ordered a 6-inch Veggie Delite sub. When I asked for more than 3 sauces,the staff member told me they can only add 3 sauces.Just two days ago, at the same store, I ordered the exact same sub from another employee (a trainee girl and another man) and they added the sauces exactly as I requested without any issue.
