We ordered multiple footlong subs for a charitable initiative for blind individuals, and even clearly mentioned in the special instructions to “add more vegetables and sauces” so they could enjoy a proper, filling meal. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were carelessly prepared, lacking basic ingredients like vegetables and sauce, and were nowhere close to what was listed on the receipt. Lady was very rude she called the wrong people to confirm a mobile order and canceled the order. Now I will not have lunch and my money is held up in the subway account. Don’t come here go to a different subway.
