There is no known hours of operation. We looked on Google which said they were open until 9:00, and checked the door which said they were open until 10:00. When we went inside at 8:23, we were told they were closed. The employee told us they close early when they are slow. The hours depend on busyness. Also, from previous experience, they don’t give out knives with their salad and they don’t have the salad chopper anymore either. This must be company-wide, because we’ve had the same experience in other Subways.
The restaurant is very nice and clean. Usually busy and that is why I go back. But lately I feel like I have to basically beg for toppings and or dressing. I say I would like more in a friendly way and they add two or three pieces more. I kindly say that if it's extra I'll pay for it. I don't understand the need to be stingy with food that I am willing and able to pay for... Please let your workers know that a little bit of extra Mayo or peppers is not going to hurt them...
