The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful during my visit. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I ordered a teriyaki chicken Subway, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavour. Their warm service really made the meal even more enjoyable.
I asked for all salads the didn’t add Lettuce carrot, spinach, capsicum and onion. I had asked for spicy Mayo and they gave me Honey mustard and Blue Cheese
Training and communication seriously need attention at this store. The entire customer experience was a nightmare, from the incorrect order for the customer before me to all three of my subs being poorly made. When I asked for combo's at payment and was prompted to choose a cookie, I was then told only macadamia was available - so why even ask? The cookies were pulled from a takeaway container on the bench and looked like they'd spent a week bouncing around in my daughter's lunchbox. The staff member did apologise and offer ... read more
workers are doing most they can but leaving one person out the front in rush hour (has happened both at dinner and lunch times) makes the wait time far too long for a subway. to preface you can hear another person out the back they just don’t prioritise customer service i guess.
