I was refused service because of not being able to wear a mask. Meanwhile all employees had their masks pulled below their noses, essentially making their masks useless. Also the entire time their talking, they are constantly adjusting their Masks with their gloves on. The same gloves that they then make your sandwich with & don't change.

This store sucks. I made a mistake on my online order. I tried calling this store 20+ times no one answered the phone. I wasn’t able to pick up my order so I called to try to cancel order because for whatever reason you can not cancel order through the app which is so dumb. It’s not lunch time so I don’t see why they would be too busy to even answer the phone. I give this place a definite 1 star. Y’all suck and y’all need new employees period. I want my money back for my order as well

Khaled took extra care to make sure my special dietary requests on my order were fulfilled and I’m grateful. He was attentive but also used his own wisdom to accommodate where appropriate and he asked and explained before making any changes! He is working hard by himself but so patient and gracious. Thank you Khaled for exceptional service!

I had an extremely disappointing and insulting experience at this Subway location (7850 Alexander Prom Pl #100, Raleigh, NC). I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, the staff claimed that someone had already picked up my order under my name. I explained politely that I had not picked it up and even showed my order confirmation.
