Khaled took extra care to make sure my special dietary requests on my order were fulfilled and I’m grateful. He was attentive but also used his own wisdom to accommodate where appropriate and he asked and explained before making any changes! He is working hard by himself but so patient and gracious. I had an extremely disappointing and insulting experience at this Subway location (7850 Alexander Prom Pl #100, Raleigh, NC). I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, the staff claimed that someone had already picked up my order under my name. I explained politely that I had not picked it up and even showed my order confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the employee accused me of lying and said I was trying to claim the same order twice. Come here out of convenience but the staff are very rude every time and the subs are hit or miss.

This store is a joke. I ordered online and every sandwich was wrong. Nobody answers to the listed phone number, which apparently is a verizon cell phone so there's no way to communicate with them at all. That was the last time going to subway.
