Most useless service today. Ordered via DoorDash, and order included cookies. I was contacted by DoorDash driver once they reached the store; they informed me the store would be substituting the cookies with drinks as they were out of stock. The driver handed the phone over to a team member, who now claimed that they could in fact, make the cookies with an approximate 15min wait time for them to bake, or they could send them straight away with drinks as substitutes. Great service by Aditya today! Polite, calm and all round good guy working hard for customers to be happy despite seemingly doing all the serving on his own. This guy will be a future manager or CEO one day well done
I wouldn't recommend this subway at all. It doesn't represent the quality associated with a multinational brand. I am giving three stars to customer service because the poor girl who was working by herself was doing her very best. (She was probably over it, too.) The barcode reader to scan the loyalty card doesn't work, we were given frozen meatballs in our salad and sandwich, and the vegetables were soggy. Absolutely amazing customer service every time I come here. Ryley in particular always goes above and beyond every time i come in, he’s super friendly, professional, and actually cares about getting your order perfect. Makes such a big difference and keeps me coming back. I always enjoy coming here to receive such a genuinely friendly experience from this worker in particular. Highly recommend coming here.
