I visited this Subway restaurant to order a sub. I received an email offering a free cheesy garlic bread, which could be redeemed online or at the counter. I spent $40 on my meal. When I scanned the offer, a team member named PRACHI informed me that the restaurant was not participating in the offer, despite nothing in the email indicating otherwise. Avoid This Subway Location – Unprofessional Staff and Poor Service I visited this Subway during the King's Birthday long weekend and had a disappointing experience. The veggie patty in my footlong was frozen, which is unacceptable. When I approached the counter to address the issue, a female staff member named MONI was extremely rude. These guys make bread that are too soft and doesn’t use enough Italian cheese inside of the Italian bread. Greedy and doesn’t give me more cheese, sneakiness is subtle - sneaking in spicy peppers. Ask a lot of questions, squishes the bread until I can’t hold it and doesn’t close the cookie bag so it falls. Stingy and doesn’t replace the cookie. Can’t hear all of the staff, no receipt etc. Get obliterated dumbo subway. Fake marketing but the best part is the food.
