I placed an order online and added “please put tuna on the side and not in the sandwich since I’m eating this meal later” They did the exact opposite. I asked for pepper Jack cheese, they gave my a white cheese. The guy borderline refused to at least take the tuna out. Here I am six hours later eating the soggiest sandwich ever, zero napkins included
I’m giving this location 3 out of 5 stars. The sandwich itself was good, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. I ordered takeout and added notes requesting that the sandwich be cut in half and napkins be included. Neither of these requests were followed. I understand I could have grabbed napkins myself, but it would have been nice if the staff had reminded me. Terrible experience the workers are all buddy’s and do everything but work. Just talk in hindi.. terrible vegetarian option manegment. freezer burn on the vegetables aswell DO NOT COME HERE HEALTH HAZARD
Only one employee who did not speak English. I wanted a pastrami sandwich, and he kept saying salami over and over, I am guessing he did not understand that the two are not the same thing.I was forced to work out that the store no longer sold pastrami. The store was a bit unclean and smelled of something burned (not a food item more of a plant). I now understand why that location was empty. I will never shop there again
