Unnecessary rude staff, will argue with you about what you asked for and then put the blame on you
Every time I go to this subway I get a greeting with a smile. No one rushes me through anything. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and well organized.
If I could give 0 stars I would, my orders is always wrong at this location. Today I placed an online order I went to pick it up I asked if the bag on the pick up rack was mine and the lady working the register said it was, I didn’t think of checking because she said that was my order after giving her my name. I wanted to share my experience. I had placed a large order for our event at work. I initially called in and spoke to Runa. Runa was very communicative and friendly. Overall, Staff was friendly, understanding and communicative. When I showed up to pick up the food tray at our pre-designated time, food was ready without delay. Subs were a hit for our vendors!! They left happy and satisfied. We will definitely be using them again for our future events!!
