Could someone please tell the woman who works in the mornings to stop talking on the phone while there are people waiting to place an order? Very poor customer service. I came here because it’s supposed to be a quick service, but I ended up waiting much longer than I expected for her to finish her phone call and then decide to serve the people in the queue.
Visited this location recently, the chicken was salty, the staff were trying to speed through too quickly and missed requests and then got annoyed when I repeated the request. When it was time to check out the cashier rang up one of my sandwiches with the person ahead, and rather than a refund they said "you owe him money, sorry about that". The person in front and I were shocked that they were refusing to offer a refund and were telling me to send him funds through payid, I've never had any retailer tell me this! When both ... read more
