Absolutely no customer service skills. They were bothered to take our order.
I ordered my sandwich online. Walked inside amd was immediately asked "Do you have an online order?" I said that I did and gave the girl my name. She said she it would take a minute. I told her no problem & asked for the bathroom code. I came out and sat ik the dining room.and while the girl is waiting on customers, I can hear her talking to her co-worker, complaining about the sandwiches and making fun of people's names on their orders. Entrance should be in the back where the parking lot is at. Staff needs customer service badly, was never greeted, the gentleman gave me the looks from hell. I've always wondered if staff from any establishment, per say, tell themselves " i have this job, because people come to buy here." In other words, employees have a job because of us the consumers. Eventually customer service will become part of the past! And employers are doing obviously nothing to address this matter!
