Came in for a quick lunch before getting on the road and ordered a foot long to split with my partner. The staff were lovely and had no problem splitting the sandwitch for us, but we got it toasted and even though it looked toasted after coming out, the meat inside was stone cold.
Absolutely no customer service skills. They were bothered to take our order.
I ordered my sandwich online. Walked inside amd was immediately asked "Do you have an online order?" I said that I did and gave the girl my name. She said she it would take a minute. I told her no problem & asked for the bathroom code. I came out and sat ik the dining room.and while the girl is waiting on customers, I can hear her talking to her co-worker, complaining about the sandwiches and making fun of people's names on their orders.
