I have been going to this Subway for last few weeks, I find staff very friendly and they patiently prepared my sub.
Often order here without issue. App showed closing at 8pm, we showed up at 7:41pm. The woman working said "we're closed" "But the sign outside says 8pm?" "Yeah I close at 8pm, ive already stopped serving" "what time do you stop serving?" "7:40, its now 7:42. Sometimes 7:30" If this was a sitdown restaurant I'd understand, but this was just a bit ridiculous. I went in today and the new Indian trainee that was working was beyond rude and very disrespectful I asked multiple times for more salads as she was quite stingy with 3 spinach leaves being put on my sandwich. after repeatedly asking for a little more she continued to add 1 spinach leaf at a time,she also messed up my order twice and told me I was expected to pay for her mistakes when making the sub, every time I have went into this specific subway they have been rude and unwelcoming to any and all customers and I hope that ... read more
