I ordered 50dollars worth of food and had to wait for delivery only to receive someone elses order. I received no apologies or offer of replacing the order. The staff don't even contact you about the issue..
In an English speaking country it is unacceptable to be speaking your language, laughing and staring at customers, we only want a sub. I will never be back, the women are so rude and arrogant, the food looks old, and they can’t take simple directions for what people want on their sub. I’m noticing a theme with Indian decent buying into Subway franchises in Newcastle, Broadmeadow isn’t much better. Not sure how everyone feels about that, but I certainly will be avoiding it.
Service..what service?. Rude staff shouting at each other in a foreign language and ignoring their customers . Filthy store.
Never open when they say they are. An absolute disgrace of a subway store
Stale bread, and for.a six inch $9,50!!! What a.joke!! I was to shocked to actually just refuse.it..but I'm.taking it back and want a refund. Not acceptable for.this price.
