A big NOOOO, do not buy! Prices: higher than anywhere else in Melbourne(even Chadstone) Staff: Pathetic , rude and egoistic. Quality: low& inappropriate.less usage of ingredients and trying to cheat customers. I ordered cheesy garlic toastie, they tried to put sauce instead of butter even with out asking my preference and being overpriced. Staff is super rude and is not willing to answer any questions or serve you with a smile. BLACK MARK in the name of subway and hospitality.
It was a disappointing experience. I ordered cookies and asked what kind they were. The staff member replied, “I don’t know, I’m new,” with an unpleasant tone and expression. I then looked toward the (probably) store manager, who assisted me straight away, but again with an unhappy demeanor. It felt like he might have been frustrated with the new staff as well. Looking at other reviews, I believe this wasn’t just an off day — it seems to be their habit. And $3.6 for 2 cookies, really??
My mum and I had a great experience here. We had Lucy service us and she was very sweet and caring. She made our sandwiches really well. Recently I think they have hired many staff and they are all the sweetest and so kind to each other and the customers.
