Really bad experience saw the worker spit in my food after taking out oven I confessed her and she yelled at me she made me pay more than I should of never coming back
Purchased a veggie salad bowl tonight 27/10/25 and was really disappointed. The serving was tiny, had no dressing, and overall felt stingy. We’re regular customers of this store, but this experience has really put me off. I called the store around 7:30pm and the girl told me, “that’s how we make it” and that I’d said no dressing — which I absolutely didn’t! Why would I ask for a salad with no dressing? And honestly, why so tight with the lettuce? Unfortunately, I won’t be back after this experience.
Sandwich was great but the reason I’m reviewing is because I want to recognise the good service Reetu gave us! She was super friendly and helpful!
Very gentle staff. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. Never been served like that around Melbourne. I couldn’t stop myself to share my experience. 😊
The girl sarika is the best. Always smiling and hardworking, great customer service.
