2 days in a row i try to go to get lunch and they're closed with no sign at all. lights out. no one. maybe put a sign on the door or something...
Scène surréaliste chez Subway : j’entre, je patiente… 5 minutes devant un comptoir vide, comme un sandwich sans garniture. L’employé, lui, était en terrasse improvisée : clope au bec, téléphone collé à l’oreille, café Tim Hortons à la main. J’ai eu l’impression d’assister à une pause syndicale en plein désert. Personne ne m’a adressé un regard. J’ai fini par partir, affamé, et un peu plus lucide sur le service client ici. Bravo.
Erreur sur la commande. Pas capable de modifier la commande. J’ai finis par payer plus cher pour un repas.
