We were charged twice for our meal. Processing error by staff member who said it had not processed and insisted we needed to pay again. This was on a Sunday. When our bank confirmed on the Monday what we already knew I called the Maddington store and asked for a refund. Told the manager would need to call me back. I have order from uber eats to this shop online. When i received my order and i open packing it's look like this. What is this. Very poor packing and worst presentation.Even they didn't add single sauce and salt&paper as well. If you don't want to make sub then don't accept order. Even this sub has don't taste. It's taste like they used old veggie patty. My money wasted. Very disappointed

Very bad service. Asked them to mention which one is with olives and without olives.she said its not my job. Instead she noted some things on paper. Don’t accept orders after 8:30. if you are not happy to make it coz it’s someones dinner you are spoiling.
