Dirty restaurant and horribly rude staff.
I am very disappointed with my recent order and the service I received. I ordered an Italian Herb & Cheese sub, but instead received plain bread. When I pointed out that the order was incorrect, the staff member argued with me instead of resolving the issue or offering a replacement. As a vegetarian customer, I was also concerned that the employee did not change her gloves before preparing my food after handling beef products. Every time I come here, the cashier are impatient and doesn’t give a good CUSTOMER SERVICE experience and the food. They don’t even fill it up as the pictures or as other subways do and most of the time they give you just a certain amount of condiments on your sandwich, which makes no sense for the amount we’re paying. I don’t recommend coming here if you want Subway go somewhere else.
