Story time: Say you used the app to order some subway from your local shop, but because the app doesn’t work it decides to send your order 25km away So you try and contact customer service except the app has no contact point. So you google it and find an even worse designed website, with a user interface designed to torture the user, only to find out that their preferred method of contact is through a dingy form that’s not gonna be useful.
