I am a regular customer, but today had a bad experience at subway. The girl used the lettuce which was not fresh, though i told her, and fresh lettuce was still in the other container!
I ordered 4 subs online and went to pick them up from SUBWAY at 345 Argyle Street S, Caledonia, ON. The lady's name Shantel, Manager (store# 12511) at this location wrote the names on the sub. She wrote piri chicken on Steak one and vice versa. I had one bite of steak one and felt that this was not chicken. She messed up badly as I am not allowed to eat beef as per my religious belief. Came on a Tuesday night for dinner after a long day at work (Jan 6th to be exact). The staff need a big shout out! They were amazing and hard working even with a bit of a rush, great communication between them and amazing politeness from all the staff. Not to mention subs are always made nicely here and neat, not like some of the other locations I have been to (see my other reviews). Best subway location by far, always switch up my order but never disappointed.
