Nice customer service from the lady who answers the phone!
The lady cheated me out of a promotion. Right now the promo is 6in sub of the day combo for $8.99, upgrade to 12-in for $3 more - clearly stated on the website. The lady refused to upgrade, said the 12in was excluded from the promo. I even told her I got the promo at a different store. Ended up paying $16.09 for the 12in sub only instead of $13.79 for the 12in combo. Do not buy at this location folks!!
Opening hours not accurate . Says it opens at 7 went at 8 it was still closed
The quality of food is worst. Vegetables are not at all fresh. Worst customer service as well.
The women that worked today at 20:45 was a sweetheart. My card wasnt workimg and she waited for me to go get money even if she was closing soon. Thank you for your empathy.
