Refuses to make sub box for me even when no one is in line. Refuses to answer phone even when much less busy than normal. Imagine owning this place...is that the best staff you can manage to find? Losing lots of money because they simply refuse service.
The subs were great they were subs with actual stuff in them. The staff was amazing. I live in Bedford and went to the one here and all they gave us was bread and it's nice to know not all Subways have the same bad quality ours does.
Forgot to put all veggies requested on my sub. Could barely understand server at speaker. No stars for atmosphere as I didn't go inside.
Would Never visit again! Ordered 2 footlongs, both of them were supposed to toasted and grilled, and neither one of them were even toasted or grilled. The bread has a soggy rubbery texture, which most definitely is a stale old unused bread. Both of the subs are inedible. Would never ever come again at this place. Hope they don't make someone ill someday. Pretty sure I'm not gonna get any refunds.
