No point being there if you’re always closed even when google says your open, get organised!
I was here on the 8th of August around 7pm. I have NEVER in my life seen such an unfriendly and lazy staff. Four people waiting in line and moved like a turtle. I am usually not one complaining but this must be said. At least be kind to your customers and offer them a smile. No vegan options at all as well. Disappointing
They were talking non English while serving which isnt great for customers as well they have no idea how to load a sub everything was outside the Subq
Walked in to alarms from the back blaring and the server chatting to a friend over the counter. Eventually my partner and I were acknowledged. In an empty store. My partner started her order only for it to be stopped so the server could go do other non urgent tasks. Then she returned to continue our order only to get it wrong and had to be corrected. Both our orders were done painfully slow with no consideration of our time. Fine manners. But no pride or customer service.
