I recently ordered from Subway .I was extremely disappointed. The food quality was poor — it didn’t taste fresh, and the order was not prepared properly. On top of that, the customer service was very unprofessional. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the issue. Worst customer service and a very rude person who is standing at the payment. Staring at people all the time and very rude when it comes to payment. When I wanted to split the payment, he sounded like it was the end of the world, but finally, he did it. Initially, he simply lied, saying it wasn't possible, and then suddenly it was. OMG, how can such people be serving customers? Either order from Subway next to Bigge Park or order online and pick up; otherwise, those guys will simply ruin your day.
The guy who wears glasses doesn’t know how to talk; he is very rude. I had an awful experience with this Subway.
They always give the smallest amount of sauce possible
I went there yesterday there's 4-5 people were in staff they just doing slowly slowly long waiting don't change their gloves same hand they use their gloves to serve people and clean desk and use other things its really very disgusting and staff is so rude seriously its very bad experience. Highly recommend to don't go there
