Extremely poor customer service
No lettuce or tomato
Horrible employee, she didn’t even greet me, she acted like I was bothering her. She started cleaning sauce dispensers instead of serving me. It’s the second time I go there and she serves me with an attitude.
Très mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant. La dame à la caisse a été impolie dès le début et n’a pas respecté mon choix de paiement. J’avais prévu de payer d’abord 20 $ en cash puis le reste par carte, mais elle a insisté pour imposer uniquement le débit. Après avoir annulé l’opération, elle a ajouté des extras au poulet (chicken) sans que je le demande. L’argent n’est pas le problème, mais son comportement l’est : aucun bonjour, aucun respect du client. C’est dommage, car j’habite juste à côté, mais avec un accueil pareil... read more
food, when in the rare event that it is ACTUALLY made, is OK. otherwise its always service down system down this down that down. might as well close it down service not necessarily 1 star, maybe 2-3 but heck, always some nonsense with their system…..
