I rarely rate single star, but this time I had to. Why do we go to any food chain? Because we expect what they promote and promise. We ordered a veggie delight sandwich with a patty, but the patty had a stale, weird smell. I have had subs before from different locations, but this location serves stale food. This has happened to me twice. No wonder why it got a low rating.
