Never have ingredients you want at times that they should have them stocked. Bread is burned (I thought robots did the bread, but apparently not) and there is never enough service attendants.
Longest wait ever to be experienced at a subway. Seemingly 3 people on shift, only 2 out front, but with no flow to keep orders flowing smoothly and efficiently. Poor hygiene as 3rd came out to refill salads cooler tray with ice and handled the salad containers without gloves. Items in front "out of stock" during lunch hour on a Saturday. Looks busier then it actually is due to how long orders are taking to be made. No shame on the 2 girls at front, seemed to be trying their best.
Hire more staff. Shop shouldn’t be closed in the middle of the day because they can’t have a break without shutting for 30 minutes.
I have been to this Subway several times -- only because of convenience -- and concur with the other reviewers that the service has not been the best. Also it is more expensive than the same products at a Subway in another suburb. Today I was told, after they were put on, that a few leaves of spinach and a beetroot slice or two were extra -- which has never happened before and there was no sign to that effect. It may have been new staff but service was poor didn't know ingredience on their own special and tried to use old toppings that should have been replenished but still charged full price. Won't go there again.
