It may have been new staff but service was poor didn't know ingredience on their own special and tried to use old toppings that should have been replenished but still charged full price. Won't go there again.

Well what a experience 3 people waiting while poor staff member going hard ,to fill orders... Get new staff Cold food Wrong food.
I ordered through the app and ordered a coke no sugar, I hate vanilla flavoured coke. Tried to call the store to resolve the issue, and they did not pick up. Because when I searched what can I do when the deliver the wrong item, there website says to call the store responsible. They need a more useful and easy way to make a complaint about a wrong or incorrect item.
